Free Beer, Hot Wings, and Zane enjoyed watching a courtroom video leaked by TMZ of Lil Wayne acting strange in a court deposition. But wait... didn't he just get out of jail? Why is the superstar rapper back in court?

It turns out that all of this is due to lawsuits that Wayne has filed against Quincy Jones III (son of music producer Quincy Jones) over a 2009 documentary called 'The Carter.' Apparently Wayne did not like the way he was portrayed in the film, drinking syrup and smoking marijuana.

But instead of being professional and going about his business while being interrogated, Wayne acts petulant and sophomoric. That tactic might not be the best idea for trying to accomplish something in the legal system, but it sure makes for some great publicity and Web videos.

"This is great," said Zane. "The standoffishness is winning, he's actually winning this. The judge is letting him rule the roost."

Hot Wings observed that Wayne probably "hates the lawyer" that was questioning him. We think Wayne makes that pretty evident when he says that the judge wouldn't be able to protect the lawyer in "the real world."

Wayne probably realizes that his lawsuit isn't really going to go anywhere and just might be using the opportunity to act out and make a few headlines for himself in the process. While he does come off like a teenager in the video, it's also clear that he's pretty smart. Although, he certainly isn't doing himself any favors by casually threatening a lawyer.
