In this week's edition of Dumber Than Zane Trivia, the guys welcomed Kevin to the show.

Kevin, representing the good people of Media, Pennsylvania was playing not only for himself, but for podcasters everywhere who enjoy the Free Beer and Hot Wings Morning Show. With the grand total nearing $4,000 in prize money, Kevin had a lot riding on the competition.

How did he do?

Question 1 - What NYC borough makes up Kings County?

After a pause, Kevin guessed "Queens." While incorrect, the guys praised Kevin for making a logical guess. Zane also missed the question, leaving the first round a push.

Question 2 - Who was memorialized in 1998 with a purple Beanie Bear that had a white rose?
Without much hesitation, Zane correctly guessed "Princess Dianna," and took the lead 1-0. We think the guys did not give him enough guff for that one.

Question 3 - What state boasts the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum?
After making it clear that he didn't know the answer (or his Presidential history) Kevin said "I'm going to guess Maryland." Zane easily stole the answer for a 2-0 lead by guessing correctly with "Texas." The guys then went on to listen to some hilarious LBJ audio.

Question 4 - What library classification system organizes information into 10 different classes?
Zane got this one easily to take a commanding 3-0 lead.

Question 5 - Who directed the 1954 thriller 'Dial M for Murder'?

After complaining that he was born in the 1980s, Kevin took a stab at the answer and correctly guessed that it was Alfred Hitchcock. The guys gave Kevin a hard time for whining, but he was at least on the board now, 3-1.

Question 6 - What do the two Ts in AT&T stand for?

No one was able to get this one. Hot Wings guessed it correctly: "Telephone and Telegraph"

Question 7 - What insect is notorious for spreading malaria?

Kevin guessed "mosquito" on this one to bring the score to 3-2 in favor of Zane. Zane thought that the question was a "1-mph softball." Zane quickly got that back with a softball question of his own.

Question 8 - What promises "hours of energy now, no crash later"?

Zane easily got this one to bring his lead up to 4-2. Zane then joked that the show should be getting paid for asking that question.

Question 9 - Who ruled the underworld in greek mythology?

Things were not looking good for Kevin with this question. After admitting that he had "no idea," Kevin threw out a random guess that was probably closer than he would have liked: Hermes. Zane swooped in and won the match 5-2, correctly guessing the right answer: Hades.

Zane wins! Again! The grand total is now $4,000 for next week's contestant.
