It's time for #TOCFest 2017! As we get ready for the biggest country music party in the northeast, please read through this email to get yourself as prepared as possible for three days of the best in country music in Hunter Mountain, N.Y., on June 9-11.

Before You Arrive

Register Your Wristband

Have your wristbands but haven't registered them yet? Click here to register yours now.

If you purchased any camping or parking pass and received it via email:

Please print out your pass and display it in the lower portion of your driver-side windshield (near your registration) as you approach Hunter Mountain. Staff will direct you where to go.

If you are picking up tickets at Will Call:

If you purchased your tickets after May 26 or selected “Will Call” to receive your tickets, you must first head to Will Call located at our off-site Box Office in the old Key Bank parking lot, east of Tops Market in Tannersville: 6320 Main St, Tannersville, NY 12485-7722. You must have a valid, government-issued ID to pickup your tickets.


Entry Locations

Car Camping & Tent Camping

Enter at the intersection of Ski Bowl Road and Route 214.

Near Car Camping, RV Pass (any type), Riverside Car Camping, Mountaintop Car Camping

Enter at the intersection of Main Street and Bridge Street.

VIP Parking, VIP Camping, On-Site Parking & ADA Parking

Enter at the intersection of Main Street and Klein Avenue.

Free off-site parking at Hunter Airport

Follow signs for Off-Site Parking. We will have continuous shuttle service from this parking lot to the festival main gate during the following hours:

  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 AM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 AM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • Monday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

In general, here is a list of items to bring or leave at home when planning your trip to #TOCFest

What To Bring

  • Sunscreen
  • Blanket to sit on
  • Small folding chair (in designated chair areas)
  • Hat
  • Rain gear (yep, sometimes it rains!)
  • Ear plugs (yep, sometime we ROCK OUT!)
  • Empty reusable water bottle
  • Empty camelback
  • Camera (no professional photo equipment, please)
  • Bug spray
  • Positive attitude

What To Leave At Home

  • Illegal substances of any kind
  • Glass bottles of any kind
  • Bicycles/scooters/go-carts/ATVs
  • Weapons or fireworks of any kind
  • Pets
  • Kegs/beer balls
  • More beer than reasonable for personal consumption
  • Spray paint
  • Large hammers or sledgehammers
  • Charcoal grills, campfires, fire pits, etc.

No unauthorized vending on-site! Security will be checking for, and will confiscate, any and all prohibited items. Please leave them at home! All confiscated items become property of #TOCFest. For the campground areas' list of Allowed and Prohibited Items, click here.

Parking

All regular parking will be at off-site lots and patrons will be shuttled to the gate on continuous bus service. Only who those who purchased an On-Site Parking Pass or a VIP Parking Pass will be allowed to park on the mountain daily. There are ADA parking options at both On and Off-site parking lots (fees apply for on-site lots). Campers & Campground Party

Campers will be able to arrive to the festival starting the morning of Thursday, June 8. Click here to see hours of operation for each campground tollbooth. Doors will open at 5:00 PM to The Empire State Tap House, presented by Healey Brothers, for this year's campground party on the Bud Light Stage. This party is exclusive to our 2017 campers only.


Tent Campers

As in previous years, tent campers will be able to drop their items off at the mountain to set up camp before taking their car to our free off-site lot for the weekend. Tent campers will then be taken back to the mountain on our free shuttle [click here for shuttle hours].


Festival Schedule

Click here to view the schedule! Copies of the schedule also will be available at our Guest Services center located at the bottom of the entrance to the festival field and various tollbooths as you enter the mountain.


Water

Free water will be available at the entrance to the main festival grounds. You can bring an empty water bottle, empty camelback or one sealed water bottle with you to be refilled throughout the weekend.


2018 Tickets

Already planning for #TOCFest 2018? So are we! Join us for the 2018 Taste of Country Music Festival next June by purchasing advanced tickets at our Customer Service/Ticketing center anytime during the festival. GA and VIP tickets will be at the lowest price we’ll offer all year and for those who want to camp, if you buy your 2018 ticket at this year’s festival, you’ll have the ability to purchase campsites before they go on sale to the public. Stop in during the festival for more information.
