Howdy, y'all! It's time for Crude Fest! As we get ready for the biggest party in West Texas, please read through this email to get yourself as prepared as possible for three days of the best in Texas Country and Red Dirt Music in Midland on May 18-20.

DRESS FOR THE WEATHER

We all know May in West Texas can be all over the place. Crude Fest is a rain or shine event; check our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for weather updates for each day, and come prepared. You can bring camping chairs, rain coats and ponchos, but leave the umbrellas at home. If severe weather hits, your safety is our biggest concern. Listen for announcements, or follow us on Facebook and Twitter for the most up to date alerts.

PRINT AND BRING YOUR TICKETS

If you purchased your tickets before the festival, you should have received an email confirmation containing PDF attachments of your tickets and passes. Please print these off and bring them to the festival. There, we will exchange them for your wristbands, parking passes and campsite passes.

YOU CAN BUY TICKETS AND PASSES AT THE FESTIVAL

Waited to buy your tickets? We will sell them at the festival all weekend long at the Box Office, located right off the main entrance. Please keep in mind: tickets, campsites and parking passes can, and do, sell out. Secure your spot at Crude Fest and buy your tickets now!

Box Office Hours

Thursday, May 18	-	9 a.m. - 12 a.m.
Friday, May 19	-	10 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Saturday, May 20	-	11 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Once you receive your admission wristband at the festival, wear your wristband at all times. You will NOT be allowed onto festival grounds or campgrounds without it.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS

Now that you have your tickets, planned your day and have your boots ready, here's what to expect when you arrive!

What to Bring

Your Print-At-Home tickets and passes if you purchased before arriving
Your own alcohol in plastic or aluminum containers. It’s BYOB!
Lawn chairs
Coolers
Propane grills for the campground

What Not to Bring

Four-wheelers, ATVs, or personal transportation
Pets
Glass containers
Umbrellas inside the venue
Fire pits or charcoal grills
Weapons, including pocket knives
Kegs

Directions

Crude Fest takes place at 5209 S. County Road 1270 in Midland, Texas. It's a short drive from both Midland and Odessa to the festival grounds.

Parking

If you’re planning to park at Crude Fest, the parking lots open at the same time as the campgrounds.

All vehicles that arrive on Thursday must have a 3-Day Parking Pass.
Vehicles arriving on Friday must have a 3-Day or 2-Day Parking Pass.
Those vehicles that arrive on Saturday may have a 3-Day, 2-Day or Saturday Only pass.

3-Day Parking Passes can be purchased online or at the gate. Remember, only one vehicle is allowed per campsite. If you’re bringing an additional vehicle you can either purchase a companion vehicle pass to park it in your campsite or a weekend pass to park in the general parking lot. CAMPING AT CRUDE FEST

If you have purchased in advance, make sure to bring your campsite Print-At-Home passes with you. Everyone who enters the campground must have a festival admission ticket. RV Pump services are available on-site, please call (432) 212-0990.
