We can't thank you enough for joining us for the 26th edition of Country Jam. It was a weekend we'll never forget, and we hope it was the same for you. We've got a couple of things to share with you as we close out this year's festival. We'll see you next June!
2018 HEADLINER
We're stoked to announce Florida Georgia Line as our first headliner of Country Jam 2018, which will be June 14-17 at Jam Ranch. Next year is already shaping up to be a great one, and we hope you join us.

2018 RENEWALS
If you had VIP tickets, Reserved tickets or campsites at this year's festival, you can renew your same seats and campsites for 2018.
Here are the instructions to renew your tickets online:
- Login: Click the Buy Tickets button below and sign in using your festivalticketing.com account. This will allow you to view your pre-populated cart with the same seats or campsites you purchased in 2017.
- Select Tickets: Log in and we’ll pre-populate your cart with the same seats or campsites from 2017.
- Request Upgrade (Not guaranteed): If you are looking for an upgrade, fill in the provided field and we’ll try to help.
- Extras (Camp Access and port-a-potty): Enhance your experience with available ticket extras. Select each item and add your extras to it.
- Checkout/EZPay: Complete your purchase or choose our payment plan.
Note: This offer only applies to 2017 VIP and Reserved Seat ticket and campsite holders. Those with General Admission tickets cannot purchase tickets at this time, but can renew campsites.
TOP-UP REFUNDS
All credit (excluding top-up bonuses) on your cashless wristbands left unredeemed by the end of the festival will be refunded in accordance with the terms below:
- Credit & Debit Card: Leftover funds in your account, purchased online or on-site at the event using a credit or debit card, will automatically be refunded back to your card (less a $5 refund processing fee) within 10 business days following the end of the event.
- Cash: Leftover funds in your account, purchased on-site at the event using cash, will require you to complete a Manual Refund Form, only available from a registered cashless account (less a $5 refund processing fee).
