Country Jam is officially going cashless in 2017! Now you'll be able to experience ultimate convenience and faster transactions at Country Jam. By using RFID wristbands and Cashless Payment Technology, your wristband becomes your ticket and your digital wallet.

THE DETAILS

The only form of payment accepted at all vendor locations will be your RFID wristband – you just double-tap to pay! Vendors will no longer accept cash, credit or debit cards. Instead, it’s all connected to your wristband! Paying for drinks, food and merchandise at the event is now easier, faster and … well, festive!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Start by “topping-up” to add credit to your cashless account. Once you’re topped-up, you can simply tap your wristband at any payment point at the event, place your order, then tap a second time to confirm your purchase. The purchase amount is automatically deducted from your available account total.

As you continue to spend your available funds, you can add more using your mobile device or by visiting a physical Top-up Station on-site using cash, credit or debit. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account at the time of purchase, you will not be able to complete a transaction until you top-up.

WHAT TO DO NOW?

All you have to do right now is wait until your RFID wristbands arrive in the mail. After you receive them, you'll register your wristbands right here on our website. Once your wristbands are registered, you'll be able to top-up your account.
