A model was busted this week in the middle of Times Square in New York City while being painted in the nude. The Daily News talked to model Zoe West after the incident.

"It was wild," said the Ulster County actress, who shed an olive onesie and black G-string to be painted in public for 2-1/2 hours. "I walked into the precinct, and there were about six cops standing behind the counter. Everyone went, 'Whoa! What's this?'"

Nude model in Times Square. Yawn. Wake us when something shocking happens in Times Square like people walking at a normal pace, a span of more than five minutes without someone posing for a picture and people peeing only in the designated urination areas.

Ron Kuby, lawyer for West and artist Andy Golub explained to the Daily News that his clients should not have been arrested because "New York State Law prohibits public nudity, except if it's part of a play, performance, exhibition or show."

We wouldn't exactly call this a play, performance, exhibition or show unless West was tap dancing around pee puddles while being painted. Now THAT would be a show.
