You may not know it, but April 25 is National Administrative Professionals' Day. To celebrate the office workers formally known as secretaries, Staples surveyed their social media followers on their attitudes toward administrative professionals.

One of the questions asked if an office was more likely to fall apart if the boss suddenly disappeared or if a secretary did the same. Sixty-five percent said their office would be in bigger trouble without the secretary, whereas only 30 percent answered that it would be more of a problem if they lost their boss.

Other findings? Forty-one percent of those who do have secretaries believe their assistants know them better than their spouses, as opposed to the 33 percent who answered their spouses knew more about them.
