Twitter Users Cheer On Sexy Soccer Player Elliott Bennett – Hunk of the Day

We've got to hand it to Twitter for introducing us to one of the hottest soccer players ever, Elliott Bennett from the UK.

Most of us stare at that trends list on the left for what seems like hours trying to figure out exactly why people are talking about certain things. But when Bennett's name popped up on Monday, the reason was only too clear. He's hot, therefore, he's trending.

Well, he also did score the winning goal for his Norwich City team this weekend, beating Totanham Hotspur -- yeah, none of us know what any of those words mean, either. Still, none of us here in America are really following these soccer games. We just care when the players take off their shirts in excitement, like Bennett does on many occasions.
