Located at 2700 Point Lane in Highland Park, IL, the giant, modern mansion is reasonably priced at a mere $29 million dollars. This is recently reduced, meaning the seller is motivated. The house has nine bedrooms, 15.4 bathrooms and a 15-car garage.

The residence boasts elegance and utmost privacy in a gated estate on more than seven acres of land. According to the listing, it has luxurious entertaining areas and is “as comfortable as it is elegant.” The realtor says it will be sold furnished with a few exclusions.

With a modest down payment of only $50,000 the house could be yours for a monthly mortgage payment of slightly more than $180,000. Of course, you’ll have to prove you’ve got the money to back your interest before they’ll schedule a showing.
