The  iHeartRadio Music Festival really may end up being the biggest live music event in radio history. The line-up already reads like a Grammy guest list and now Jay-Z has been added to the impressive list of musicians slated to perform at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas Sept. 23-24.

The rapper will be the closing act on opening night of the two-day fest. There's no word on whether Kanye West, Jay-Z's collaborator on their new album, 'Watch the Throne,' will be joining him on the stage.

The two day festival, which sold out 10 minutes after tickets were put on sale, is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Lady Gaga, Coldplay, Alicia Keys, Steven Tyler, the Black Eyed Peas, Kenny Chesney, Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood, Jane's Addiction, Nicki Minaj, John Mayer, David Guetta, Rascal Flatts, Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson and Sublime are also scheduled to perform.

Check out 'Otis', the latest offering from the hip hop mogul and West.
