Gymnast Danell Levya – Hunk of the Day [PICTURES]

When Danell Leyva received the gold medal at Friday night's national gymnastics championships, he didn’t just win the all-around… he won our hearts.

(Yes, we said it). We don’t normally look to gymnastics as a source of male hotness, but that's all about to change! If you like bulging biceps and men of a slightly smaller stature, you’ll be glad, too. And hey -- those tight uniforms don’t cause any problems (or questions…) for us.

Leyva, 19, beat the two-time defending national champion Jonathan Horton by 2.75 points. (In gymnastics, that’s a significant amount.) He’s all but a lock to make the team for the world championships, which take place October 7th to 16th in Tokyo. In other words -- more Leyva love coming this fall!
