Game Accuses California Restaurant of Racism After He’s Thrown Out
Game spent Wednesday tweeting about popular restaurant Hillstone's in Santa Monica, California. But the rapper wasn't raving about the amazing food or wonderful service -- he was accusing the manager of kicking him out because he's black.According to Game, the manager of Hillstone's, which used to be called Houston's, refused to seat him because he was wearing a white tank top, even though there were two white males in the restaurant also wearing tank tops.
According to the restaurant, the manager did tell Game he was in violation of the dress code, which requires men to wear sleeves. And while there was a woman in a sleeveless top sitting at the bar and not two men, the rule does not apply to females.
The rep added that the restaurant would love to have the rapper back when he's wearing the appropriate clothing.
It may be too late for that; Game tweeted, ""Houston's just went from my favorite resturant to the "RACIST-URANT" !!!!"
The rapper added, "Hillstone's racist-urant formerly known as Houston's & their slave-master manager Valerie has just made #1 on the RACIST resturant list !"
