Ian Clark must be quite a pop music fan -- he's already named one of his children after Lady Gaga, and now he reportedly plans to name another after Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas.

The 36-year-old British man wants to name his son Tommy Will.i.am on the suggestion of his four-year-old stepdaughter, Maddie. Last year, Maddie helped name her half-sister Meggie Maisie Lady Gaga. Clark's other half, Melanie Robinson, isn't overjoyed about the name, telling the British tabloid the Daily Mirror, "I’m trying to convince him not to, but he’s done it once so I’m sure he will do  it again.”

Clark's far from the first person to use a child's name to commemorate social culture -- an Egyptian man recently named his child Facebook to pay tribute to the role the social media site played in Egypt's revolution.
