‘Bait a Hook’ Video Has Justin Moore Living the Good Life
We like to think of the recording artist's life as a glamorous one, but the truth is, it's often full of monotonous travel, industry politics and the like.
Sometimes, though, a country star's life really is everything it's cracked up to be. Just ask Justin Moore, who recently spent a beautiful fall day lounging on a lake ... for work. It was all in the name of filming a fishing-themed video for his new single 'Bait a Hook.'
Moore was happy to trade the tour bus for a boat on the water. "Somebody’s gotta do it," Moore joked to Taste of Country after the shoot. "It [was] awful."
If it had been almost any other video, Moore might not have been joking. "I’ve made this known, but I’m not the best at shooting videos," he explained. "It’s not the absolute favorite part of my job. But this one [was] fun. Not only were we on the lake and fishing and that kind of stuff, but I’m a big NASCAR fan. I’ve been able to meet Carl Edwards a few times. He’s one of my favorite drivers, and he’s actually in the video with me."
'Bait a Hook' follows 'If Heaven Wasn't So Far Away,' the number one leadoff single from Moore's chart-topping second album, 'Outlaws Like Me.' No word on a release date for the video, but with the song already rising through the Top 40, we're sure fans will be able to see it soon.
