Dear Taste of Country Music Festival Fan,

With Taste of Country Music Festival is in just a few days, we want to send you a warm welcome and some important information about your upcoming weekend with us!

Entry to the festival is very different this year! Please read through the following instructions and make sure that you enter at the correct location!

If you purchased a vehicle decal (Car Camping Pass, Parking Pass, RV Pass) and received it in the mail:

Apply your vehicle decal to the lower portion of your driver-side windshield (near your registration) and then proceed to the Entry Locations below.

If you purchased a vehicle decal (Car Camping Pass, Parking Pass, RV Pass) and need to pick it up

You must first head to Will Call located at our off-site Box Office at Tops Friendly Market in Tannersville: 6350 Main St, Tannersville, NY 12485-7722.

Apply your vehicle decal to the lower portion of your driver-side windshield (near your registration) and then proceed to the Entry Locations below.

Entry Locations

Car Camping, Tent Camping, ADA Parking

Enter at the intersection of Ski Bowl Road and Route 214.

Near Car Camping, RV Pass (any type), Riverside Car Camping, Mountaintop Car Camping

Enter at the intersection of Main Street and Bridge Street.

VIP Parking, VIP Car Camping, On-Site Parking

Enter at the intersection of Main Street and Klein Avenue.

If you have none of the above, and will be parking in our free off-site parking lots

Follow signs for Off-Site Parking. We will have continuous shuttle service from this parking lot to the festival gate and the Tunnel Box Office / Will Call during the following hours:

Thursday, 6/11/15 – 5:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Friday, 6/13/15 - 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Saturday, 6/14/15 - 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Sunday, 6/15/15 - 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Monday, 6/16/15 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Tunnel Box Office

Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 am - 8:00 p.m.

Be Careful!

On your way to the festival, drive carefuly. Obey all traffic laws. Make sure that your registration and inspection are up-to-date. And we highly recommend avoiding Exit 20 on the NYS Thruway - we are told that the Ulster County Sheriff will be setting up a safe driving checkpoint on Thursday on the way up to the mountain!

ALSO there will be two separate roadwork projects on 23A west of Palenville on route to site from the East, which have the potential to cause lengthy delays. We recommend considering alternate routes to minimize your delay getting to show. There are viable options using the Kingston Exit 19 off the NY State Thruway proceeding west on Rt. 28W to Rt. 214N in Phoenicia and follow festival signage.

Register your Wristband

Once you’ve got your wristband, make sure to register it! You can do so on the Taste of Country Music Festival App or online at TasteOfCountryFestival.com/Activate.
