Before You Arrive

If you have received your wristband(s) in the mail but have not registered

Make sure to register your wristband by visiting CountryJam.com/Activate. Wristband registration protects you in case you lose your wristband, it is stolen, damaged, or it simply stops working. Once your wristband is registered, put it on your RIGHT wrist.

If you purchased a camping or parking pass and received it in the mail, please stick it on the lower part of your windshield on the driver’s side before you arrive.

If you purchased your tickets after June 1 and did not receive wristbands in the mail

  • VIP and Premier Campers: Follow signs to the appropriate campground tollbooth to pick up your passes.
  • All Other Campers: Follow signs to the main camp tollbooth and stay to the right for the Will Call/Box Office lanes. This includes anyone needing to purchase additional items (such as overflow parking) or upgrade to camp access.
  • Non-Campers: You can pick up your passes at the West or VIP Box Office anytime during the weekend. If you’d like to pick them up early, the West Box Office will be open on Wednesday from Noon – 8 PM.

Camping

If you are camping, please be sure to affix your window sticker in the lower left corner of your vehicle's windshield and follow the appropriate color-coded signing upon entering The Ranch.

Need to add camping?

Please go to the campground box office to upgrade.

Toll Booths

The Campground Toll Booth will be open from 9 AM - 12 AM on Wednesday and 7 AM - 12 AM on Thursday. The East and West Gate Box Offices will be open on Wednesday, with the West Gate opening at noon and the East Gate at 5 PM.

What to Bring + What Not to Bring

Have questions about what you can and cannot bring to Country Jam? Check here on what is allowed in the grounds and what is not.

Parking

If you have a Premium Weekend Parking pass, the lot is located next to the West Gate. Premium Parking passes are still available for $60 for the weekend. If you are camping and need an extra space for your car, you must purchase an Overflow Camping Parking pass (if you haven’t already) and proceed through the main campground tollbooth to the overflow lot.

All others can park in our daily parking lots on the south side of the festival grounds for $10 per day.

Click here to buy a Premium Weekend or ADA Parking Pass.

Hotels & Shuttles

Country Jam is partnering with the Clarion Inn in Grand Junction to provide guests with a shuttle service going to and from Jam Ranch to ease the burden of having to park each day!

Please note, this is the ONLY shuttle provided by the festival. If you are staying at another hotel, please check to see if that hotel is running its own shuttle.
