The Guys Discuss the Finer Points of Grooming + the ‘War On Pubes’ [FBHW]

Free Beer opened up an important topic of discussion this morning - pubes. He first noted that there is an actual industry down there and that it's big business, which surprised everyone in the studio.

"2.1 billion dollars. That's the size of the pube industry," said Free Beer.

Free Beer continued by citing a recent article about physician Emily Gibson and her call for an end to the "war on pubic hair." Gibson, citing numerous health concerns that result from excessive nether grooming, advocates a return to a simpler, bushier time for our crotches.

Zane was having none of this. He called for the war to continue, saying, "Everybody needs to get rid of them." Hot Wings agreed that, in moderation, a little grooming is a good thing.

"There's nothing worse than when you're at the beach and you catch a glimpse of some side spillage out of a bathing suit," said Hot Wings. Zane, apparently an expert on all things pube related, knew just what Hot Wings was talking about, referring to that as "the ol' Buckwheat in a leg lock."
