Profession: Sportswriter / Broadcaster
Best Known For: Having built his reputation as one of America’s top sports pundits by writing for ‘The Washington Post’ from 1984 to 2008, Tony Kornheiser is now a widely recognized broadcaster who co-anchors ‘Pardon the Interruption’ on ESPN. In addition to several other recurrent broadcast roles, Kornheiser was an analyst on ‘Monday Night Football’ from 2006 to 2008. He hosts a daily sports talk show on a Washington D.C. AM radio station.

David Thompson
Age: 58
Profession: Retired NBA Player
Best Known For: Nicknamed ‘Skywalker’ because of his incredible vertical leap, David Thompson was a star basketball player at both the college and professional levels. He led North Carolina State University to an undefeated season in 1973 and the NCAA championship in 1974. Thompson was a three-time, first-team All-American from 1973-75. During his ABA/NBA career from 1975 to 1984, Thompson was a five-time all star for the Denver Nuggets and the Seattle SuperSonics. In addition to being a prolific scorer, Thompson has been given credit for inventing several dunk styles. He was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1996.

Spud Webb
Age: 49
Profession: Retired NBA Player
Best Known For: One of the shortest players in NBA history, Spud Webb’s 5’7″ height did not keep him from dunking the basketball. Webb won the 1986 NBA Slam Dunk Contest in Dallas while he was a member of the Atlanta Hawks. From 1985 to 1998, Webb played in 814 NBA games, averaging 9.9 points and 5.3 assists per game.

Ryan Ludwick
Age: 34
Profession: MLB Player
Best Known For: A 2008 All-Star selection while with the St. Louis Cardinals, Ryan Ludwick has also played outfield for the Texas Rangers, Cleveland Indians, San Diego Padres, Pittsburgh Pirates and Cincinnati Reds. He won a 2008 National League Silver Slugger as one of the best offensive players in the league at his position.

Shin-Soo Choo
Age: 30
Profession: MLB Player
Best Known For: A native of South Korea, outfielder Shin-Soo Choo made the transition to Major League Baseball in 2005 with the Seattle Mariners. He currently plays right field for the Cleveland Indians.

Yadier Molina
Age: 30
Profession: MLB Player
Best Known For: A four-time All-Star selection, Yadier Molina is one of the best catchers in baseball. Having played his entire career with the St. Louis Cardinals, Molina has been on two World Series-winning teams (2006 and 2011) and won four Gold Glove Awards. His brothers José and Bengie were major league catchers.
