Best Known For: An All-Star pitcher, Tim Wakefield used the knuckleball to win 200 games during his major league career from 1992 to 2011 with the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Boston Red Sox . In 1992, Wakefield went 8-1 for the Pirates, adding two more wins in the National League Championship Series. After a few mediocre seasons, Wakefield landed in Boston where he became the 1995 American League Comeback Player of the Year. He became a mainstay on the Red Sox pitching staff and was on both the 2004 and 2007 World Series-winning teams. Wakefield finished his Red Sox career in third place on the club's all-time wins list behind only Roger Clemens and Cy Young.

Tony Amonte

Profession: Retired NHL Player
Best Known For: A five-time All-Star right wing, Tony Amonte played in the NHL from 1991 to 2007 with the New York Rangers, Chicago Blackhawks, Phoenix Coyotes, Philadelphia Flyers and Calgary Flames. He was named to the NHL All-Rookie Team in 1992. Amonte scored the game-winning goal in the gold medal game of the 1996 World Cup tournament, allowing Team USA to defeat Team Canada.
