Clearly someone doesn't love his way.

'70s rock icon Peter Frampton and his third wife, Christina Elfers, are divorcing. He's asked for visitation rights to his 15-year-old daughter, Mia, but otherwise requests that his estranged spouse retain physical custody.

In papers filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Frampton cited the standard "irreconcilable differences" as his reason for splitting from his wife of almost 15 years, and requested they share attorneys' fees.

Frampton shot to fame in 1976 with his album 'Frampton Comes Alive!' which spawned the rock-radio hits 'Show Me the Way,' 'Baby, I Love Your Way' and 'Do You Feel Like We Do.'

Elfers is Frampton's third wife. His previous two marriages also ended in divorce.
