In what has to be the most repetitive news ever, DMX has been arrested again. If you're keeping track, this is the 10th time he has been arrested in Maricopa County, Arizona. So why was the rapper (real name Earl Simmons) brought in by the authorities this time? Reports state that he was pulled over last Wednesday night when he was clocked driving 102 miles per hour in a 65 mile-per-hour zone on a major freeway.

Not only was DMX driving almost double the speed limit, but he was also driving on a suspended license.

After being booked for speeding, reckless driving and having a suspended license, the rapper, 40, was released on bond. DMX was just released from prison on July 19 after serving a seven-month sentence.

It's been a few years, but there was a time when DMX made headlines for his music, not his criminal record. Hopefully, we'll eventually see the rapper go back to recording albums. In the meantime, check out his biggest hit, 'Party Up. '
