College Football Player Rescues Man By Lifting 3,500 Pound Car [VIDEO]

University of South Florida football player Danous Estenor sprung right into action when he saw that tow truck driver Pedro Arzola had become trapped under the Cadillac Seville he had been trying to load onto his truck.

Two men and Arzola’s hysterically screaming wife hadn’t been able to move the 3,500 pound car at all.  But the six-foot-three-inch, 295-pound offensive lineman, who was on his way to get a bite to eat, took a crack at lifting it all by himself.

It still didn’t budge.  Then, suddenly, Estenor felt a power coming over him, and tried again.  ‘I felt this energy come,” he explained.  And I lifted it. I don’t know how, but somebody pulled him from the car.”

The dramatic rescue actually took place in February.  However, the modest Estenor told very few people about it, and it was only late last week when somebody who had witnessed the amazing feat of strength emailed Estenor’s coach Skip Holtz that the press was alerted.

Arzola, who suffered cuts, bruises and a dislocated shoulder, was able to return to work after two weeks of recovery. Check out Estonar explaining his sudden burst of strength below.
