CASHLESS WRISTBAND REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR COUNTRY JAM 2017

The Country Jam Cashless Wristband Registration site is now open! Make sure you are ready to go straight to the action when doors open by registering, creating your cashless account and topping-up now! 

WHAT ARE CASHLESS PAYMENTS?

The only form of payment accepted at all vendor locations will be your RFID wristband – you just double-tap to pay! Vendors will no longer accept cash, credit or debit cards. Instead, it’s all connected to your wristband! Paying for drinks, food and merchandise at the event is now easier, faster and…well, festive!

BENEFITS OF CASHLESS WRISTBAND REGISTRATION: 

• Ability to top-up online, saving you time from visiting a “Top-up Station” at the festival
• Automatic refund after the festival (for any leftover credit from online top-ups)
• If you ever lose or break your wristband, customer service will be able to cancel and re-issue you a new wristband and transfer your account balance if you are registered (subject to a replacement fee)
• Register your wristband before 06/12/17 at 11:59 PM and receive FREE $5 Bonus Credits for every $100 you top-up online and spend at the event.

Note: A minimum of $100 must be topped-up in a single transaction to receive the Bonus Credits. $100 must be spent at the event before the $5 bonus dollars can be redeemed. Bonus Credits cannot be refunded or used to pay for the refund processing fee.

STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR WRISTBAND AND CREATE YOUR CASHLESS ACCOUNT

STEP 1: CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

• Click this link to “Register Your Wristband.”
• Click “Register” or use an existing Facebook account to sign up.
• You will receive an email from Country Jam 2017 asking you to confirm your registration by clicking the activation button in the email.
• Follow the instructions on the website to finish setting up your account.

STEP 2: LINK YOUR WRISTBAND

• Once you’re logged in to your cashless account, click the “Wristband” Tab from the top menu and select “I have a wristband.”
• Enter the Security Code (shorter number) and Wristband Number (longer number) located on the back of the RFID tag on your wristband.
• Click “Add.”

STEP 3: TOP-UP YOUR ACCOUNT

• Click the “Top-up” Tab from the top menu then click the blue “Top-up” button.
• You will be asked if you want to “Enable Auto Top-up” (see below for details). You can click “Maybe later” or “Yes, enable.”
• Enter the amount you wish to top-up, review your order and click “Checkout” when ready.
• Enter your credit card information on the payment site. 

Enable Auto Top-up:

The easiest and most convenient way to add credit to your account is to “Enable Auto Top-up.” With the “Enable Auto Top-up” feature, your account balance will automatically re-load $40 pre-paid credit into your account when your balance drops below $10. The pre-paid amount will automatically be charged to your credit card and you will receive an email confirmation of the transaction.

All unspent credit will be refunded back to you after the event (less a $5 refund processing fee). Please review our refund policy for more details.
