Guess What Angelina Jolie’s Alternative Career Was? ’60 Minutes’ Knows
With Angelina Jolie's directorial debut 'In the Land of Milk and Honey' set for a December 23rd release, '60 Minutes' caught up with the sultry star, where she revealed a number of surprising facts. For on thing, the 36-year-old said that before she became a Hollywood fixture she actually envisioned herself directing funerals, not actors.
"It sounds like this very strange, eccentric, dark thing to do but in fact I lost my grandfather and was very upset with his funeral," Jolie said during the interview. "How somebody passes and how family deals with this passing and what death is should be addressed in a different way. If this whole acting thing didn't work out that was going to be my path."
Jolie also told '60 Minutes' that she prefers directing to acting, but worries that audiences aren't going to understand 'In the Land of Milk and Honey,' which is a love story set during the Bosnia War in 1992.
